TuningSuite Terms of Use

Version 2026-07-25 | effective 2026-07-25

Terms governing use of the TuningSuite portal, applications and services.

1. Authority over files

The customer confirms ownership of every submitted ECU/TCU file or full authority to have it processed. Files are processed only on the customer's instruction and for selected services.

2. Legal compliance and road use

Emission-related solutions, including DPF, GPF, EGR, SCR and AdBlue changes, may constitute prohibited defeat devices. They are not intended for vehicles used on public roads and are supplied only for lawful off-road, research, export or competition use where expressly permitted. The customer is responsible for local law, type approval and roadworthiness.

3. Technical risk and backups

Controller modification can damage the ECU, engine, transmission or other components. Before writing, the customer must verify an original backup, provide stable power and use compatible equipment. Automated matching does not replace review by a qualified tuner.

4. Checksum and ECU writing

Unless a file is explicitly marked as corrected, checksum must be recalculated by a compatible flashing tool during writing. The customer is responsible for the protocol, write mode and equipment.

5. Automated results

Match confidence, originality status and estimated power gains are technical results or estimates, not guarantees of performance, compliance or safety.

6. Liability

The operator is not responsible for damage caused by selecting the wrong file, unlawful use, an incorrect write procedure or incompatible equipment, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Data and confidentiality

Account data and files are used to deliver the service, maintain security, process billing and provide support. Customers must not submit materials they are not authorised to use.

8. Acceptance and updates

Acceptance of the current Terms is required to create an account and use TuningSuite. Acceptance date, version, language and technical evidence are recorded. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
